Benchmarks for r8i.large (AWS)

EC2 Instance family: r8i

CPU type: Custom Intel Xeon 6 processors, available exclusively on AWS. Specific features: Memory-optimized instance, designed for high performance and fast memory bandwidth. Supports a sustained all-core turbo frequency of 3.9 GHz and high-speed 7200 MT/s DDR5 memory. Scales up to 384 vCPUs and 3 TiB of memory. SAP-certified with 142,100 aSAPS. Date of release: Generally available in mid-August 2025.
