Benchmarks for r6a.large (AWS)

EC2 Instance family: r6a

CPU type: 3rd generation AMD EPYC processors (Milan) with an all-core turbo frequency of up to 3.6 GHz.

Specific features: Memory-optimized instance with an 8:1 memory to vCPU ratio, built on the AWS Nitro System, and is SAP certified. It supports AMD Transparent Secure Memory Encryption (TSME) and offers up to 50 Gbps of network bandwidth and 40 Gbps of Amazon EBS bandwidth. Elastic Fabric Adapter (EFA) is available on the largest sizes.

Date of release: Generally Available on July 19, 2022.
