EC2 Instance family: r5dn
CPU type: 2nd generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors (Cascade Lake), typically with a sustained all-core Turbo frequency of 3.1 GHz.
Specific features: Memory-optimized instances with locally attached NVMe SSD instance storage (the 'd' in 'dn'), and high network bandwidth (the 'n' in 'dn'), offering up to 100 Gbps on the largest sizes. They utilize the AWS Nitro System and support Intel's Vector Neural Network Instructions (AVX-512 VNNI) for machine learning acceleration.
