EC2 Instance family: i7i

CPU type: 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Emerald Rapids) with an all-core turbo frequency of 3.2 GHz. Specific Features: Storage optimized instance family. Features 3rd generation AWS Nitro SSDs for up to 45TB of local NVMe storage, DDR5 memory, up to 100 Gbps networking bandwidth, and supports Intel Total Memory Encryption (TME) and Torn Write Prevention (TWP). Date of Release: April 28, 2025.
